A Narrative About Climate Change
This project aimed to take a collection of similar items and tell a story about them with two sub-themes.
I photographed all of the images on a solid background, cut them out with the polygonal lasso tool in Photoshop, and then arranged them on an artboard in Adobe Illustrator to tell a story about the effects of climate change.
Throughout this project, I learned how to avoid "chartjunk" or unnecessary and distracting information and make a narrative with complex information as easily understood as possible.
Finally, I created a mockup that I'm proud of, which references this year's climate conference, the UNFCCC COP 29.

For this project, I learned by doing. I learned color correction, proper use of white space, and how to make a professional mockup. Best of all, I learned how to create a cohesive series of posters that follow a theme and evoke emotions with hue and tone.
The objective was to create a poster series portraying a lyric's symbolic, iconic, and indexical meaning.
